1. Who we are

Wedylearn ("we", "us") operates wedylearn.com, an online store selling digital educational products: courses, ebooks, guides and templates ("Products"). By creating an account or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purchases and payment

All Products are sold as one-time purchases — no subscriptions. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record: Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your transaction, handles payment processing, applicable VAT/sales tax, receipts and refund execution. Prices are shown at checkout including applicable taxes.

3. Access and delivery

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as Wedylearn operates, including all future updates to the purchased Product, at no extra charge. Products are delivered digitally to your Wedylearn account immediately after payment. Courses are accessed in your personal library; ebooks and templates are downloaded from your library.

4. Personal license

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product for your own learning and work. You may use templates in your own projects, including commercial client work. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, sublicense or make Products available to third parties, whether free or paid. Account sharing is not permitted.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For digital content delivered immediately, you consent to immediate performance and waive your EU right of withdrawal from the moment delivery (streaming access or download) begins, as described there.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since sign-in links are sent by email. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violation of the license in Section 4.

7. Content disclaimer

Our Products share practical experience and educational material. They are not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and results depend on your own effort and circumstances. We make no earnings or outcome guarantees.

8. Intellectual property

All Products, including text, video, design and templates, remain the intellectual property of Wedylearn and its authors. Purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update Products, prices and these Terms; material changes to the Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the Product concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — confirm with a lawyer], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
