- How do I get access after buying?
- Instantly. The moment your payment is confirmed, the product appears in your personal library under My Account. Courses unlock right away, and ebooks and templates become available for download. You'll also receive an email receipt.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. Every product on Wedylearn is a one-time purchase. You pay once and keep lifetime access — no monthly fees, no expiry date.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner. You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. Prices include applicable VAT/sales tax, calculated automatically at checkout.
- Can I get a refund?
- Courses come with a 7-day money-back guarantee, provided you have completed less than 25% of the lessons. Ebooks and templates are refundable within 7 days only if the files have not been downloaded. See our full Refund Policy for details.
- Do I get future updates?
- Yes, free of charge. When we update a course, ebook or template, the new version appears in your library automatically — you never pay twice for the same product.
- Can I watch courses on my phone?
- Yes. Your library works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet and mobile. Your progress syncs automatically across devices.
- Do I get a certificate?
- Yes — when you complete 100% of a course, you receive a personalized certificate of completion with a unique verification link you can share with clients or employers.
- Can I share my account or the files?
- Your purchase is a personal license for one person. Sharing accounts or redistributing files isn't allowed — it's how we keep prices low and updates free. Teams can contact us for multi-seat options.
- Do you issue invoices?
- Yes. A receipt is emailed automatically after purchase, and you can generate a full invoice with your business details from the receipt page at any time.
