Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. This policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made on wedylearn.com. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, so approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.

Courses — 7-day guarantee

If a course isn't what you expected, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of its lessons. We track lesson completion in your account and use it to review refund requests fairly. Once more than 25% of a course has been completed, or once 7 days have passed, the purchase is no longer refundable.

Ebooks and templates — before download only

Because digital files cannot be "returned", ebooks and templates are refundable within 7 days of purchase only if the files have not been downloaded. By purchasing digital content with immediate delivery, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)) once the download begins.

How to request a refund

Email support@wedylearn.com from the address used at checkout, with your order number and a short note on what didn't work. We review every request personally and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Abuse

We reserve the right to decline refunds where we detect abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund patterns or evidence of content redistribution.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
